CSIPL Developed Website and Mobile Apps for Mahagun India, Used In-House SEO Services to Strengthen Its Positioning

ABSTRACT

CSIPL has been catering to the digital needs of the Indian real estate market for over 15 years and has worked for some of the biggest names in the country. For Mahagun India Group, we developed two fully operational, responsive, dynamic websites which have brought the company to the digital platform in a new light by complete redesign. One website was for Mahagun India, and the other was for M Collection, which exclusively exhibits the luxury residential collection. We developed mobile applications for them and gave their customers an amazing experience on their mobile devices. We also provided Search Engine Optimization (SEO hereafter) services to the client to ensure that they appear in the top results of the Google Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs hereafter).

We enabled Mahagun by giving them access to the admin panel where the Website administrator can manage content/images on all major sections in the website. For SEO, Google Analytics username and password were provided to the client so that they can check their real-time ranking on the SERPs.

INTRODUCTION OF THE CLIENT

Mahagun Group is a conglomerate of companies operating in residential and commercial Real Estate and hospitality sectors. Its current area of operations are Ghaziabad, Noida, and Greater Noida regions of NCR. Here it has developed approx. 15.76 million sq. ft. of some of the most luxurious hotels, residential and commercial buildings. The development of approx. 11.57million sq. ft. is still in progress. Mahagun India has catered to many big names, and one of its residential buildings has also appeared in a mainstream Bollywood movie.

NEED ANALYSIS
  • Website – The old website of Mahagun India was quite basic, static, and old fashioned. The client needed a dynamic new website that could reflect the high standards of its luxurious development projects while being appealing and user-friendly at the same time. Apart from that, the website needed to be easy to load and responsive so that it could easily be used across all the devices – desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
  • Mobile Applications – The client also needed a mobile applications for Android and iOS for further improving the experience of its customers, where they can easily browse the properties in high resolution, and also check the construction updates from time to time.
  • Search Engine Optimization – The client required SEO services to boost its visibility on the SERPs and get listed among top search results.
PROJECT OUTLINE

The old website was scraped and the new one was developed for Mahagun from scratch, along with the mobile applications for android and iOS keeping a consistent theme all along. The salient features of this project are as follows:
